These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gangio ("we", "our", or "us"), a gang sheet builder application for Shopify. By installing or using Gangio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Gangio provides a drag-and-drop gang sheet builder that embeds on your Shopify storefront. Customers can upload images, arrange them on a gang sheet, and add the configured sheet to their cart. Merchants receive high-resolution output files for DTF (Direct-to-Film) or similar printing workflows.
You must have an active Shopify store and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Gangio. By installing the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Gangio is accessed through Shopify's OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Gangio uses Shopify's usage-based billing system. By approving the billing plan during installation, you agree to the following:
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

All rights, title, and interest in the Gangio app, including its design, code, and branding, remain with Power Code Apps. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app.
You retain ownership of all images and designs uploaded by you or your customers. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and serve those images solely for the purpose of providing the gang sheet builder functionality.
Your use of Gangio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect data. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with applicable data protection laws, including informing your customers about how their data is processed through the builder.
We strive to keep Gangio available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
Support is available via email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gangio and Power Code Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You may stop using Gangio at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by Shopify.
Upon uninstallation, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's data protection requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify merchants of material changes through the Shopify app admin or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
